안녕하세요, 뉴질랜드에서 알아보셨으면 전기세가 비싸단 말 들어보셨을 거에요! 

Hello, You may heard that the electricity bill is high if you are interested in New zealand.

 

오늘은 저희집 실제 관리비를 오픈해볼게요. 

I will share my actual bill today. 

 

뉴질랜드는 전기회사나 가스회사가 다양하게 있어서 선택이 가능해요. 

You have various optyion to choose the company for electricity and gas.

저는 제일 저렴하고 무료로 사용가능한 시간이 있는 Electric Kiwi 를 선택하고 싶었는데

아직 저희집 주소에 서비스가 안된다고 하네요. 

I wanted to joing the company "Electric Kiwi" that is proiding unlimited usage for an hour per day and the cheapest but it is not serviced to our address yet. 

 

그래서 가스와 전기를 함께 제공하는 Energy Online 을 사용하고 있어요. 

So I have joined to Energy Online that provide both electricity and gas.  

 

4명 생활 기준입니다. 

This is bill for 4 people. 

 

 

1. 전기세 Electricity 

3월 17일부터 4월 16일까지 한달 간 $88.87 한달간 사용한게 대략 6만원이 좀 넘네요.

다행히 아주 약간씩 기한 내에 낼 경우 할인을 제공해요. $17.77 할인되었네요. 그래도 5만원이 넘어요. 😂

전기는 전기렌지, 그리고 가전제품, 그리고 전등에 사용돼요. 

사용량 말고도 일수에 따라 사용료가 있어요. 

 

For a month from 17/3/2020 to 16/04/2020, it is $88.87, over 60,000 won. 

Fortunately, there is prompr payment discount and it is $17.77. It is still over 50,000 won.

Electricity is used for home apliances with stove, and lights.

Daily fixed charge is added, too.

 

 

2. 가스비 Gas

가스는 집마다 다른데 가스히터나 물을 데우는데 사용되는 것 같아요. 

한 달 동안 $64.20 이 나왔고 $12.84 할인되었네요. 

가스는 사용일수별 고정비가 더 비싸서 사용량은 얼마 되지 않는데도 이만큼 나오네요. 

Gas usage is different depends on the house, I think it is used for gas heater and heated water.

For a month, the bill is $64.20 and prompt payment discount is $12.84.

Daily fixed charge for gas is more expensive so that the bill is like this even though we did not use much gas.

 

 

 

뉴질랜드의 관리비를 살펴보니 어떠세요? 

사실 전기세는 한국도 4명 가족일 경우 비슷하거나 더 나올 거 같은데 가스비는 좀더 비싸죠?

보통 이 두가지로 $100 조금 넘게 내고 있는것 같아요. 

How do your think of the bill in New zealand? 

Electricity bill might be similar with the one of Korea for 4 people, gas bill must be more high. 

Thiese bills are the amount I have paid every month. 

 

수도세는 분기별로 나오는것 같은데 아직 한번도 전달을 못받아서 부동산 관리인에게 한번 물어봐야 될것 같아요. 

I did not get the water bill yet, which should paid every quarter, I have to ask to my property manager. 

 

뉴질랜드에는 또 비가와요. 겨울이 오고 있나봅니다. 

It starts rain again, winter should be coming.
